The Japanese have these candy kits where you assemble them yourself. I guess they're like EZ bake. The salmon roe bit is impressive.

It's quite mesmerizing due to how 'unboxing nature', crunchy/rustling sound, and watching how the candies come together.

I dare you to finish that video and not watch the others in the channel.

pretty amazing, Japanese perfection! very impressive. If they ever come to US, it will be made in China and half of the stuff will never work...

I've seen them before. Wasteful packaging, and probably crappy candy, but it looks fun, and is a nifty presentation.

I'm sure Hellman's is not amused with their product involved with that kind of creepy weirdness..

A more complicated version of the 'edible toys' we had in the 80s, which were basically plastic mold trays that you filled with a mixture of food coloring, water, and a combination of sugar/gelatin (supplied by the manufacturer). The molds were of things like rockets, flying dragons, shamrock, and others. They turned-out similar to the consistency and texture of gummy worms, a tad bit more firm than a gummy worm (more like a stale one), but if I remember correctly were not terribly good as far as candies go.
