these moniters any good?

look at horizontal dot pitch, vertical dot pitch and max resolution w/ max refresh rate.

The best monitors will have <= .25 dot pitch and higher max refresh rates @ higher resolutions. Both features can reduce eye strain. Flat screen is also desirable for CRT's.

Those are my main ways of telling good monitors from bad monitors. I'm sure someone else will have a more technical way.

im guessin the samsung would be the better of the two, but how good is it? i want a quality moniter that is affordable
