You should've tried to make them look bad. Here's how you do it next time:

1. They'll try to test your water by using some dye to dye the minerals in the water. It will turn out brown and icky looking. Then they will use their filter and test the water in there showing that there's nothing icky in it.

2. They tell you that the icky stuff is bad for you. Some people fall for this and buy their filter system.

Here's how you get them. You go into the bathroom, bring out the toothpaste and put some into their clean cup. It will instantly turn brown, then you tell them, that's just flouride and call them liars to their faces.
 
umm, sorry to break it to ya kid, but that wasn't PWNED... that was pretty weak... if you had said you knew the scam they are trying to sell, and told them off and pushed them out the door , that would have been more along the line of pwned.

This just in, 2 felons who escaped a maximum security prison in FL have been apprehended tonight. After some brainless housewife let them into her home and would not buy a stolen Brita filter for $200, they proceeded to murder her. Neighbors called the police when they heard gunshots, and the two are now back in custody of FL authorities.
 
seriously, don't let your mom let strangers INSIDE the house... You could have awoken to the sounds of gunshots.
