my warranty is about to expire this month, and i can't even get an RMA number out of them!
calling on the phone is pointless because they're always "busy with other customers" for 45+ minutes. filling out the online RMA form just gets me an automated response to either call them or fill out the online RMA form...
what do i do? am i covered even if my warranty expires because i initiated a claim before the expiration? it is for my xonar essence ST soundcard. i'd just chalk it up to a bad experience, but these things still sell for $200+
