These files useless?

I have alot of these files NV11442224.TMP, NV36523676.TMP, etc. They are in my C: as soon as i double click the C: in my computer they are in with Programs, Windows. Is it ok to delete these files? The file type is as follows: NVIDIA Uninstaller Utility. There is a total of 4 files and each have 1 except for 2 of them that contain 3. Is it ok to delete these?

When in doubt move the files to another folder temporarily or rename the folder to prevent programs from finding the files. Delete the folder when you've used the computer long enough to feel the files aren't needed. Files or folders with .tmp in the name are almost always safe to delete, especially right after rebooting.

Ultimately it's your decision.
