I've been to starbucks maybe 10 times. I have had it before where you order when its busy and they forget to make your drink.

When they finally did the size was wrong.

My GF likes the Strawberries & Cream drink from there a lot, it's not expensive and it makes her happy whenever I get her one. I don't drink Coffee but I do like their Lemon Tea from time to time. As long as they keep making the Strawberries & Cream I'll be a big supporter of that place.

Starbucks Baristas are some of the most overly trained coffee shop personnel in existence and people still complain.

Maybe if the price was $7 per coffee they could hire people up to your standards lolz.
