I think overall they are pretty decent. Good cooling and low noise. But you should read the thread above "How to stop my Volcano II from Vibrating!!!" This is happening to me right now (its causing the whole case to vibrate), and I guess its happened to other people too. Just a word of caution.

Great value when it's only around $10 and it's an above average hsf. Haven't had the vibrating problem with mine though.

For the money they're pretty good. There are better ones though, Alpha, GlobalWin, Taisol, and Swiftech are the best.

I like it. I have my duron 900@1066 1.8v running at 43C right now. It's ok I guess and I got mine for $8 at newegg.com. Slap a delta fan on there and it would be much cooler. About the noise from it as mentioned, I have no problems with it. It is most likely the fan that is making the noise though.
