Thermaltake Full - what is plastic sqaures for?

I got 3 or 4 larger and smaller plastic thin square transparent patches with stickings on them, what is it for? I do not have the version of Thermaltake with the liquid cooling, air only.

Are they user for Liquid or for spacers/?

They are cable tie mounts, you attach zip ties to them for wiring

My TT Tsuanmi had two alreayd hooked to the case with little clasps on them.. really useful once I figured out wtf they were after a few rebuilds of my case hehe

So its not used to prevent short circuit from the MOBO to the case?

pics would help...

If they are whiteish plastic squares, one side stickypad other side sortof like a protruding square then they are zip tie mounts like I said

motherboard standoffs are what prevent short circuits (see your other thread)

No it is THIN like tape and transparent bandaid patch etc... totally clear, like a thin clear piece of plastic 2 in * 3 in and there are lots of small ones 1cmby1cm

Your description almost seems to be that of thermal tape -- for affixing heatsinks to memory chips.

A company called either "Sensui" or "Sekisui" makes this stuff, and it usually comes with one side protected with a white wax-paper backing that shows the manufacturer name, and the other side with a light-yellow wax-paper backing.

It is very effective thermal tape -- most notably for its adhesion.
