Thermalright HR-03+ASUS A8R-MVP a problem?

Second Graphics-slot on the MB uses a printcard 1 inch high. Will it 'collide' with the cooler?

THis link shows my MB (not my setup/picture though).

So - the question is, if the heatpipes of the cooler (installed on the CPU-side of a 7800GT) will be more that 1 inch from the motherboard?

Should anyone else wonder - its not a problem.
I can only recommend this GPU-cooler
