Thermal paste...

I recently did somthing I think was pretty goofy....I applied some artic silver on the CPU core and then placed the HSF and locked it up properly...no problem there...but then later I removed the HSF and then thought that I might reapply some more artic silver before I place the HSF back on...well now when i was kinda levelling the paste on the core... I think I spilled some on the CPU surface.

Now is this a problem of any sort..??

This is an extract from the website

"Negligible electrical conductivity.
Arctic Silver was formulated to conduct heat, not electricity. It is only electrically conductive in a thin layer under extreme compression.
(Much safer than silver greases engineered for high electrical conductivity.)"

Does this mean its ok ?
