Thermal compounds

I've used both and don't see any measurable difference. Cermique is easier to apply if that helps you decide.
 
Technically, I think AS5 is meant to be better. However the differences between thermal compounds have very little impact on the cpu temp. Just having any sort of thermal compound is all that's important. Well, actually, you want at least a decent one that won't dry up on you - then it'll cause problems. But any of those out of the arctic range will do.
