I have 2 tubes of thermal compound,
1 has a thermal conductivity of 7.5W/mk, the other has 9.24 W/mc
I can not find a conversion between W/mc & W/mk, which one would be better to use?

W/mC is the same as W/mK I believe. The C is temperture in Celsius while the K is temperature in Kelvin, both are the same scale (i.e.1 degree of Kelvin = 1 degree of Celsius).

Yep, the Kelvin scale just starts at absolute zero. Anyone know which paste would be better then?

The best paste is Arctic Silver 5.

Based on those figures, the second paste is better (larger number is better).

W/mK is Watt per meter per degree of Kelvin.
