There's some jerk Ebay user that keeps outbidding me!

There's something that I've been bidding on from a seller that has multiple quantities of an item that I want. I wanted a few for each of my systems. I got one for $22. But lately another user has noticed these items and have always outbidded me for all of the other items.

The thing that bothers me is that I think he is another dealer that will later try to resell these items. I wouldn't mind it if he was just another user who wanted several for each of his systems (like me) but from his nickname/alias I'm pretty sure he is a dealer. Just wanted to vent. :|
