i grew up in brighton beach. just not the same anymore *tear*

For the longest time... i did not want to bring VeggieFrog there and say... this is where I grew up. But we had to go there for a dinner... and it was really really bad. Especially 86th street.
Even the street where I grew up... i could never image it would get like it is. just not the same. 🙁

86th and what? I'm not originally from NY, so when I was looking for apartments I was just told to stay away from Bed-Sty and Brownsville. I'm at *edit* 83rd and 7th ave, btw.

as posted earlier... i grew up in bensonhurt. 2315 Cropsey Ave.

I've been living in this apartment building in Brooklyn for about 2 years now. It's in a good neighborhood and everyone is pretty much friendly. However, recently there was a mass exodus from the building (about 6 families moved out). Ok, sounds fine. But recently (about 2 weeks ago) I noticed a new motorcycle outside the building. It's on of those Harley looking things with high handle bars. Upon further inspection, I find swastika artwork on at least 4 different places on the motorcycle with some German sayings. The dude now lives in my building. *sigh* Any suggestions? No, nothing involving vandalism. I figure the only thing I could do is talk to my landlord. wtf, keep the Nazis outts my building!

Uh maybe they are not Nazi's but just hadrcore bikers. 😉

Are you sure they are swastikas?? If they are backwards I beleive they stand for peace....

Anywho, why would it matter if he lives in your building, epecially if he isn't causing any type of problems. Just be thankful you dont have anyone GHETTO moving in...... or maybe you allready do?

He has a right to "show" what he believes. Unless he's forcefully (read: calling you a racist term, breaking your belongings, etc.) hurting you, then he'd just exercising his rights as an American.
