Canker sores are holes, not blisters, so it's not that. I've had those blisters a few times and they were just the result of an irritant as far as I know. They went away pretty quickly and didn't kill me.

From what I know, canker sores are those greyish-white blisters you get on the insides of your mouth.

They're not blisters, they're ulcerated pits.

Canker sores actually may become slightly elevated and have a whitish tip on them before they degenerate into the ulcerous pits.

Also, you wouldn't get a canker sore from a cigar. Unless you REALLY irritated your mouth from smoking the cigar.
 
Burn the hell out of it with a Listerine-soaked q-tip. That otta clear it up quicker....unless of course, it was the alcohol that aggravated it in the first place...😀
