no, i didn't kiss anybody... so its not a kissing virus or whatever.

but i did go drinking on sunday night (because i graduated), and during that night, i smoked several cigars... the next morning, i notice this pimple looking thing growing on the side of my mouth (inside the mouth)... its like a little bubble, and its irriating.

so i am wondering if you guys know what it is, and if it is something serious.
 
Just out of curiosity, how brown was the wrapper on your stogie?

Yes, this is true, but even Kuato gets lost sometimes.
 
Hey...where on your mouth is it? Does it hurt, or is it just kinda hard and annoying but not painful? How large is it.

It sounds like you have a mucoloule (spelling is wrong). Its not bad, but it can take a couple months to go away on its own or you need to see an oral surgeon

Canker sores are holes, not blisters, so it's not that. I've had those blisters a few times and they were just the result of an irritant as far as I know. They went away pretty quickly and didn't kill me.

From what I know, canker sores are those greyish-white blisters you get on the insides of your mouth.

They're not blisters, they're ulcerated pits.
