I recieved my parts from newegg about 5 days ago and today just opened everything up to start building my computer. I opened up my cpu and put it in the socket only to find there is a huge chip on the corner of the core. What do i do????? It must have gotten messed up in shipping or something. Anyone have something similar happen.

Im just notsure what newegg does in this situation

In this case, don't fill out the online RMA form, call, explain what happen, and enjoy Newegg making things right like they always do 🙂
