Ok, I'm a Christian and here are my personal views. I'm actually pro-gay marriage because I'm not afraid of getting gay cooties or something. Go ahead and flame me if you want but I'm not a typical nut job.

My main issue with Carrie Prejean is that she willingly became a poster child for the anti-gay marriage people. The problem is that this isn't what the Bible suggests you to do about people who are sinning. There are multiple examples of Jesus pissing off the Pharisees by interacting with sinners, poor people, etc because he shows love to them, not judgment and hate. The religious nut jobs are not acting like Jesus but like the Pharisees who only care about the rules and not about showing God's love.

There are no perfect Christians and whether or not she made this sex tape does not change that and doesn't affect how I view her. However, if she wants to be the symbol for an anti-sinning belief, she's going to be held to the secular world's hypocrisy standards. She is judging gays for a sexual sin when she herself is committing sexual sins. The nude photos of her already showed that. Causing people to sin (lust) is a sin.

Basically, she can believe what she wants but she needs to shut up and disappear.
