Tax payers can't afford you guys any more...outside the building and lights..tuition should cover all the cost of education.

Okay, those links refresh my memory.

That is NOT a ballot measure, its a budget measure passed by Governor/Legislature. So in other words, the 40% increase is happening whether you like it or not. :p
