There needs to be a post in FS/FT about Academic Software

This is my opinion, but I don't think the problem is that most people don't know the difference. It's that most people DO and try and sell it for a huge profit (e.g. buy for $5, sell for $100!), hoping that the buyer doesn't know the difference.
