"There must be something wrong, don't you think?"

I've got a strange message that appears on my system when I restart the computer. The window is titled "Hello..." and the error messages say "There must be something wrong, don't you think?" Then it give me two options. Yes or No. If I click no, the window goes away. If I click yes, another windows pops up that is titled "Yeah..." and says "You are far more clever than I thought." I then hit OK and it goes away.

This is obviously not a good thing. I've run AdAware, but it didn't seem to catch anything, and I'm running a virus scan tonight using Norton Anti-Virus, but has anyone seen this error before? I really need to set up a firewall.

what version of windows are you running? Check all your startup apps....run msconfig.exe from the run menu and check it out.

I'm running Windows XP Pro. Thanks for the tip. I was finally able to track the problem down. Angry programmer or something. It was some program which seemed only to exist to bother me, and a companion program to reinstall the first annoying program if it was deleted. Erase both and the problem seems to have gone away. Anyway, thanks again.
