If I could find a place that was certified haunted, I would stay there.
All three girls (and one overnight guest) had the same dream, as did the two previous guests, when contacted and insisted upon the details:
A very old, bald man was suspended above them, from wires somehow attached to his back, reaching up into the blackness; his arms were slung down, locked at the elbow, as to reach as far down as he possibly could; his arms began as skin, muscle, and sinew, but gradually terminated into a cluster of wires. The Wireman dangled above the dreamer, waving/scissoring his arms back and forth at locked length, as if trying to wipe past the faces of the startled dreamer. Finally, the man would buckle, as if a few inches of slack was granted from above, and the Wireman would immediately and eagerly grasp the sleeper’s throats with its wire-hands, and choke them vigrously. They could hear him smiling. The dreamer would suffer and die in the dreams, before awaking.
The vast majority of these factors were shared with the dreamers, without deviance.
There is an entire page just for disclosure. With about 100 questions. Usually just check boxes. Mostly about the condition but anything else important should be written in.
Also I know of a real estate lady acquaintance who bought a house. It was not that far from a main road. Not even on it. But obviously there would be noise. And that's your own due diligence. PLUS the house already going to be cheaper because of that since any moron should realize that already. Well guess what, she got in the house and was bothered by the traffic noise, and sued because it wasn't disclosed. She made the former owners pay about $30,000. Which pissed me off to hear that she was rewarded for being an idiot. And as mentioned the house is already discounted for any traffic noise. So it's like she got paid twice. This was California though. Home of entitlements.
Anyway you think that's possible then about anything else is, but some things you really should disclose anyway. I'd probably most likely keep my mouth shut for something lame like a rumor about a body. "Hey I never heard that rumor!"
Any time a lawyer can be involved it doesn't really matter. I don't think there is any type of protection from any agents that you get. If you didn't disclose something and the buyer takes you to court you're still going to have to deal with it. The judge has to hear it, and make a decision. You have to pay for the lawyer, waste all that time and possibly pay for it at the end. However if it's something you very well knew about, and you straight up disclosed something, and the buyer knew full well that is was disclosed it's probably going to be thrown out and you're safe. If you obviously knew about something, and tried to hide it then you are going to look even worse in court and probably be screwed. But yeah that all depends on what it is and how big of a deal it is though. Did you cover over a huge water damaged area with new sheet rock to try to hide it? Could be a huge problem. Squeaky floor board they didn't know about? Probably no problem.
But that's also why you can sign an "as is" contract. Then no worries.
Keep up:
The previous owner is dead and told the OP where to find his body. The OP is obviously dead and this is why the previous owner was able to identify and communicate with him.
There's a Kaiser Henry J buried in my backyard, according to my neighbor. No mention as to whether or not it was occupied at the time.

ATOT is the bridge between the dead and the living. And we communicate with the OP, so we are all dead too.
