There is still money in dialup?

I didn't even think people still used dialup yet I keep seeing these PeoplePC commercials. They state how they are cheaper than aol's $24/month. I thought even AOL offered broadband now. Even my grandfather who used AOL for several years finally switched over to DSL for $30/month.

The company I work has about 12,000 dial-up customers right now, so yes, there is definitely money in dial-up.
