there is something scratching inside my wall..

sounds pretty big, but its probably a mouse, although the scratching is so loud it implies strength + claws... i'm about to drill a hole in the wall and shoot some poison in there, i banged on the wall a couple of times but the damn thing came back.

the house is too old for central air/heating.

but i opened up a small hole in the wall and dumped a box of rat poison in there. i cant stand this noise and i'll patch up the hole tomorrow so no big deal.

My house has these big fuzzy bees that chomp on the wood all the time. You can heat them crunching away.

Anticoagulants have the advantage that their first effect is dehydration from blood loss, causing the unfortunate rodent to leave the building in search of water.
