This is a software piracy download site that takes money from clueless shoppers via PayPal. It does not require academic verification for purchase and is therefore cannot legitimately sell educational software. By looking at the whois data for the domain, you can see that the email address used to register the domain has engaged in other fraudulent sites:

One could also ask why the company with Los Angeles address has a telephone number with a San Francisco areacode.
