Why I'm a geek:
13" TV, 14 and 19" monitors
Variable rack mount power supply that has a 1 in 5 chance or reseting my main system and stereo when switched on.
I have a computer that runs 24/7 w/o a monitor, and I use it alot.
My friend dragged my to a dance club where I found someone who was in college for a EE degree and talked about electronics for 20 minutes
I have 4 submissions to computer stupidities
 
Rastus I just polished off Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy, Just watched Herbert's Dune 2000, and though my books aren't quite as Geeky as Russ's 😀 I do read a lot of Sci-Fi.

I'm not sure, but I think I am a geek too... strange I never realized that before!
 
Russ - there are many many levels of geekdom... do you play Dungeons and Dragons? Live in mom's basement? Argue "Star Trek" over the 'net?

Those are some very serious levels of geekdom that you lack! 😀 😉

lol ... my fiance thinks im a freak just because I have a butterfly tattoo .. I can only imagine if I had my favorite brand of cpu tattooed somewhere ...
 
Oh God, Optimus you are furthering my realization of my true geekdom...

I used to Play AD&D (can't find players anymore cuz I'm like 30!)
I used to live in Mom's basement (until I got married!)
Have had Star Trek conversations on the net many times (oh, still do that)
But, I am smart enough NOT to get a CPU stamped on me. Nothing at all wrong with an AMD tatoo, but why put a speed on there? That boy just ain't using his own CPU to think it through.

.....h*ll, I just started reading "Lord of The Rings".......again! I spent Saturday reformatting the HD on my little 386 and reloading programs, just because I felt like it... So I guess you could say (however much I might vehemently deny it) I might be one too😱 -kd5-
