I'm into alpine mountaineering.

I climbed as high as +14000 feet.

Next year I'm planning on climbing Aconcagua (22840 ft) and a trekking to Mount Everest base camp and if possible a climb to Camp 1 (19900 ft) on Mnt Everest.

Next month, I'm going to climb in the Swiss Alps (multipe +14000 ft climbs) to prepare myself.

Should be interesting 😀

Drink a lot of water and you should be fine

The key to mountain altitudes, gentlemen, is hydration. You MUST MUST MUST drink water ALL day. I live in Colorado Springs (alt. 6500 ft) and I always carry a backpack with gatorade or water bottles when I ski. Even acclimated to 6500 feet I would get altitude sickness when I first moved out here and went skiing in the mountains because I wasn't drinking enough.
