The thing is already a couple of years behind the times. If you want to get some attention, put the latest cpu and 12 gigs of memory in it.

Linux OS??? Sounds like a good idea, but only if they can get it into stores like best buy and wal-mart..
 
the price for the top of the line C64 is $900, that is pretty expensive though. With that price tag, you can get a pretty good desktop or laptop.

I wonder how many C64 they will sale.
