He was staying at another friends apartment that night. He was so drunk nothing registered. He just went to the kitchen and got some food and then planted himself on the couch. You have to know this guy to understand.

I hope that's actually his girlfriend and not some random stranger that he's groping up. True, you gotta ask, WTF is she doing in his bed? But he should just wake her up and tell her to leave...or talk his way into her pants or pj's or whatever she's got on under there.
