there have been some BAD movies this year...how bad u ask?

Lowest EVER? That's really, really sad considering how horrible some movies were that were made in the 50's and the 80's.... Yeesh.

lol, something was actually worse than From Justin to Kelly......and from two "real" actors.....hahahahaha.

Gigli was doomed from the press it got. Everyone is sick of Ben and JLo because that is all that is on TV nowdays. Make the exact same movie with other people and I bet it would have done better.

I wonder if Jersey Girl will suffer the same result? By that I mean will there be a large group of people that dismiss it and refuse to see it just because those two are in it?

LOL! Gigli is only getting the 12:10pm showing in the theaters near me. Not much longer, and they can toss it.

What's even more funny is that j-lo and ben are over with each other, too. I guess they couldn't handle seeing how terrible they actually are together.

If I heard correctly, Gigli broke the record for second week drop at 82% between week 1 and week 2. Impressive. Works out to about $45 per screen per day. A whole 6 or 7 people are seeing each day.

im hoping it wont, and i dont think it will. i think miramax's whole marketing scheme is leaving j-lo out of the advertising loop.

what's really interesting is the bad 70's tv shows on ABC are now today's hit movies

charlie's angels
swat
and coming soon.... vegas?

Good gawd!! I can't belive Manos got bumped!! That thing was on the bottom for YEARS.

I like how From Justin to Kelly has just over half the votes of Manos and still ranks lower.

2 From Justin to Kelly (2003) 1.5 (2469 votes)
3 Manos, the Hands of Fate (1966) 1.6 (4657 votes)

You better believe it. Personally I like Ben and he's generally a good actor but I find that j.lo almost invariably takes on boring undaring roles and I think she should stay away from acting. She's attractive and a good actor - so maybe not, but I know that her movies generally don't appeal to me.

jersey girl is going to have a tough time shaking the hilarity of gigli's failure.

I haven't seen gigli but I highly doubt it's the worst movie of all time.

For its second weekend, Gigli comes out to about $102 PER THEATER PER DAY for the weekend. Factor in multiple screens and multiple showings (IE. 12:10, 1:40, etc.) and $8 tickets and your looking at about 0-1 people watching each showing. This movie got pwned!

This movie so far as made about $5.5 million. Its production budget alone was $55 Million, which I believe does not include its marketing budget.

Is it small and pathetic of me to laugh at that? Ah well, it is what it is. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
