are there any theme type things for windows 2k that make it look like, say, winxp perhaps? or anything else that would make it look cool.
 
you can try litestep its a bit tough to setup but its quite cool once you get it like you like it. No I will not link for you find it yourself 😛

Because it's his computer and he has the right to make it look any way he wants.

Just because you might not like the XP look doesn't mean everyone else does
