That's about as tasteless a post I've seen in a thread such as this. You have a week off.

Placentophagy

It is not unheard of to eat the placenta. Perhaps the mod was not aware of this, otherwise I do not see much evidence that TheInternet19080's post was tasteless, and his suspension should be revoked.

I agree.

Eating the afterbirth is a very common practice. Vacationing TheInternet1980 for mentioning a widely accepted cultural practice is very ethnocentric.

We are aware that some cultures/religions do this (although no mainstream religions or cultures in the U.S. as far as I know, and the practice is not "very common," at least not in the U.S.)
However, we're not naive enough to believe that this is a part of the TheInternet1980's culture or religion. It was simply one more, in a series of tasteless objectionable comments he's made in threads. At a quick glance:
"You shouldn't wipe your boyfriend's ass, after anal, with toast. And then consume it. Bad for your health they say."
"poor baby should've eaten the corpse."
And in the thread about the little girl who was killed,
"The coroner should've eaten the corpse."
"Someone should've eaten the corpse. Where's Jeffrey Dahmer when you need him?"
"Nancy Grace should've eaten the corpse. Stupid lesbian."

There was no indication that the reply was cultural in nature. Rather, it was intended to be crude humor; however, we found it objectionable, not funny.

I wasn't aware AT censors against tastes in humor.

Looks like this could turn into a slippery slope.

Unique case, IMO. It might be funny if he posted something like this once in a while, but when he does it in every thread, it gets a little excessive to the point of trolling.
