Lately at my store there has been a lot of internal theft discovered. Theres rumors the regional manager is bringing in a polygraph to find out suspects. While I have nothing to worry about, I am a very nervous person and fear I will fail just because of that. Can a company legally bring in a lie detector is the question if anyone knows. thanks

Get a good night sleep before the test. Eat a healthy meal before going to work. That'll help you to be less anxious when the test is administered.

yea you could. they aren't admissable in court so if you do get fired you'll have to say goodbye to your job :(...but say hello to...4 MILLION DOLLARS!:D

Polygraphs can't hold up in court. You can sue for wrongful termination
