No troll is likable when they come across as being that stupid, insane, annoying, etc.. in real life.

TFP posts were often abrasive, but if you looked at the body of work as a whole there was more than a smattering of art.
 
My only comment is that we may know tomorrow, meanwhile the flying pig has always been a contradiction in terms, everyone knows Pigs can't fly.

Besides, suffering fools gladly is good for the soul. Meanwhile someone has to play the role of Archie Bunker, so even reactionary idiots never want to be caught dead touting the positions taken by theflyingpig.

Agreed. On the other hand, GA is the anti-Christ of TFP.

I guess you could count me as a "fan" of TFP. Probably because I never take his posts seriously and generally find them amusing.
For the most part, I also like GA. Don't always agree with him but then again I'd say many of the...well known posters...tend to be polarizing. I don't care for his brother, though. I think it's because it seems like he finds a way to have an argument in any thread.

As for trolls in general, as someone earlier mentioned, it's interesting how they are (or can be) annoying, but when they go away things just aren't as lively.
 
TFP, sarcastic? That wasn't his shtick. His shtick was being an unbridled know it all. TFP is the Eddie Haskel of the internet.

Fucktarb had two annoying qualities, he acted like yesterday was the first day he ever turned on a computer and when presented with overwhelming evidence that he was wrong over something he refused to admit it or even give an inch.

Whether they come or go means little to me, neither carries much weight IMO.

Pigs CAN fly! Just not well.
Picked up 4 in a Huey at Nha Trang to deliver to Air America in Bien Hoa for a little bash they were having.

Also I dislike TFP. His posts are just ment to offend nothing more. Also has a petition to unban someone every worked? I miss GA and hope he returns soon.
