The lawsuit seeks to recoup ill-gotten gains, impose civil fines, bar the Wylys from being an officer or director of a public company, and other remedies.

If the Republicans introduced a bill called "Saving American Education Act", and it contained $100 billion in tax breaks for wealthy corporations, will you be in here whining when the Democrats vote NO? It's pretty clear you don't care what's in a bill, as long as it has a patriotic name.
