So are the two going to come up with something new? Or are they just going to regurgitate the same sh!t each other said over over?

This election is like a beauty contest and those are two ugly b!tches.

Sometimes I think the campaign strategists for both candidates are acting like thirteen year old girls at the mall.

"You shut up!"
"No, you shut up!"
"No, you shut up!"

its because some of the voters are like that and the only way to get them to vote is to speak their language.

Hey, they wore out all their old slogans, and the new ones wouldn't fly. There was the substance deal, and then the strong leader bit, followed by the whole global test distortion, finally the conclusion jumping accusation from the conclusion jumper in chief- nuthin' works, so they might as well use the other guy's stuff...

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and coming from a guy like Rove, a compliment. For a campaign prematurely declared dead a couple of months ago, the Kerry guys must be doin' something right...

Does Bush's "A candidate needs to not jump to conclusions" comment fit under this?

And is that why kerry stole the line from dean(maybe I should change the subject line;))...even though kerry dismissed dean's rant at the time? Oh wait...just another political wind shift...nevermind.

Not exactly- that's more like Bush trying to chew off his own foot... it's stuck in his mouth, and apparently the only way to get it out is to swallow it.

And is that why kerry stole the line from dean

Stole? More like Dean gave it to him, along with his endorsement, voter lists, and whatever else Kerry wanted...

Interesting that a guy who had some daily rant about Dean at the time would now allow that his own candidate needs to flatter that same former candidate... The masters of empty soundbite sloganeering reduced to stealing the other guy's material... the famous Texas slime machine has apparently run out of gas.

Bush's admin can be summerized quite nicely (it works well for the entire ratsnest; switch woman for Condi):

"A failed man for a failed job at a failed time"

You know speechwriters and idea staff are saying to themselves: "Please, God, let this be over NOW!"

With the hours I'm putting in doing interviews and get out the vote work I'm feeling the same way. It gets exhausting.... And you have no guarantees your candidate will win, especially given all the possible legal issues and scenarios. :(
