no, it's not, occasionally i'll fuck up, but I'm sure I do a better job than most Americans and Brits, at least I can tell the difference between then and than; their, they're and there; your and you're; it's and its and so on... ;)

edit: English is one of four languages I can speak fluently (not counting swedish and norwegian) at times I mix up the grammar and spelling.

I think 0 CIT could work, as long as Dividends to Shareholders are Taxed as Income the same as Wages are. The only downside to that is that Services a Corp use would essentially be Free, at least those Paid through General Revenues anyway. Which, I suppose, are not many, after all there are Fuel and other service specific Taxes to be paid, but those usually have Write Offs associated with them.

Well, Japan is set to lower their corporate tax rate leaving us as the clear #1 in highest corp tax rate in the world.

That was in December. Since the tsunami, the news has been reporting that they'll have the scrap the 5% drop to help pay for reconstruction.

Do these "progressive" spend 18.7% of their budget on Defense? Yes, someone has to pay for all those aircraft carriers.
