The word 'book' is now offlimits guys

Why not call it TeachThesaurus?

O would have called it TeachTome which would have shown some class, if you don't mind me saying so.

if it is a copy ... so what.. how can they own the name book though.. this is real slippery slope here.. what next?

Teachbook should win and just be forced to put a link on their page that says they are not affiliated with facebook in any way whatsoever and add a link to facebook

They don't own the name book. They own the use of word book in the context of social networking.

When you think about it, the only way "TeachBook" makes ANY sense is if they're copying Facebook. Books have nothing to do with social networking, and the origin of the name "Facebook" is specific
