My brother happened to be at Best Buy yesterday when they got a shipment of 9 in. He managed to snag me one and zelda! Hooray! Wii Sports stinking owns... I haven't really tried zelda yet, because I know once I start I won't want to stop.

well i just went to my local target at 4pm, and they had 3 on the shelves. i would suggest try somewhere that isn't obvious, like target. my local bestbuy's and gamestop's haven't had any in since xmas.

I've been to Target 5-6x, Best Buy, Walmart 2-3x...all around 10-11am. No luck. Even went early in the morning to Target at 6:30am and the tickets ran out right in front of me.

Yeah I was surprised to find any left at Toys R Us. They had a full complement of games and accessories available, I now have 4 sets of controllers, a spiffy Wii CD case (waste of $9.99 but makes me feel special), Zelda, and Super Monkey ball. Just waiting on my PulseVU modchip to begin a-hackin! 😀

How good is the monkey ball...if it's anything like the gamecubes version it will be quite fun. Have you played the Zelda much? Your take on it?

After the launch, I dont think Sacramento has even received a Wii unit, i havent even heard of one anywhere.

they sold out at about 10:55 am CST

they only had like 10. i was using check4changes and the 'add to cart' button never showed up. other people on FW had the same experience, while some got some.

the reason you'll see different messages is because it takes a while to propagate out to all the servers. if you were hitting any of the slow to propagate servers when it actually went on sale, you were screwed.

i had a link to add to my cart show up, but when i tried to add it amazon gave me OOS.
