THE OZONE LAYER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GLOBAL WARMING GOD DAMNIT!!!!!

And I didn't notice a heat wave. I live in Texas.

wth is up with the heat anyway? my electic bill shot over $340 for the last month. and im sure its going to be around the same, if not more this month.

I just walked outside (NE Ohio) and good gawd is it hot. Not just hot, but hot and unrealisticly sticky. Hell, it was 77° at 6AM when I left for work. Yeesh!

Its not really all that unusually hot...in fact here its been a cooler than average summer. Last week it was in the 100 to 107 range all week, but thats pretty normal for late july/august. Its been hot in other areas of the country it just happens some years.

Listed as a high of 92 for today. Michigan has seen hotter.

I 'member back in 96, for 3 straight weeks it was flirting with the 100s. Couldn't drive by the lake without having the strange desire to jump out, strip naked, and just dive in. I mean seriously, the road leaving town and towards my house wraps around the east end of the lake, and it was maddening torture to look at it.

$340?! Is that a business bill or what? I'm flippin' out over a $46 bill I got last month. Do you have a lot of computers? Granted, I live in an apartment, but my mom's bill (she lives in a house) was never more than $65-70.
