The Yankees won multiple World Series when he was mayor and he at least used to be a Yankee fan not sure what he's a fan of these days except maybe hitting the pipe.

Its not too surprising to me that he has one although why he's actually wearing it is a fair question. Kinda lame.
 
Really this is not significantly stupider than most of the things they have done.

They are and have always been incompetents. The apparatus of the federal government concealed that to a degree but seriously, we all knew how dumb they were.

I heard that, I also heard it had a giant dung heap too.
My theory is he was golfing and the dude who ones the landscaping company compliments the President well.
We know the President is lazy and likes to reward people who are loyal to him. The owner probably heard the President needs a nearby place to have a conference and this dude said use my lot. President is thinking this will help the dudes business.
