Don't be ridiculous, the Trilogy was great as a whole and fun to watch/ponder, just ask zinfamous. And V for Vendetta was awesome too so there's another one you overlook. I would say Bound is pretty good as well, it's just the rest that is struggling.

I liked Bound a lot more than Matrix 2 and 3 personally.

More than V even.

Watch "Bound" sometime.

I still liked Cloud Atlas also.

Is one of those movies I actually enjoyed rewatching, there are so many things going on every time you watch it you'll notice new things in the background or something you didn't notice before.

Interesting if you're fascinated by something as basic as cause-and-effect.

...and I didn't overlook V. I hate that cliched mess with a passion.

Modern black and white movies are generally not really my thing. Like start using 5-1/4 floppies on my current machine. Very retro.

What is black and white ?

NM, I looked myself.

I guess some of the stills on the IMDB page are black and white.

The movie isn't.

Bound was ok but it's not like it is spectacular or anything.

First Matrix is the only really noteworthy movie they've made (and even it is overrated I think, and there's a lot to it that Dark City did much better), the rest have not been that good and often devolve into garbage that tries desperately to be deep but just end up being laughably stupid. I actually had some hope for Speed Racer as it looked like it might be over the top fun but I could only handle watching part of it.

I love The Matrix. A perfect balance of sci-fi, action and math really. In the end it was a positive and a negative that canceled each other out.

*shrug*

I guess you must like Transformers or something along those lines :)

To each his own I guess.

I would not go to the cinema for the transformers or watch it again any time soon, but watching the movies was a pleasurable way of spending the night.
Brain in stand by and just viewing without too much thinking.

I am just a bit bored with standard movies with criminals here, criminals there...
Unless it is a real good movie with a great story as for example Goodfellas.. Bound seems to me to be a bit of a shocker movie, being openly showing the love between two women.
Those kind of movies make me fall a sleep if that has to carry the movie.

I also do not like those over hyped movies such as those fast and furious car movies. Awful. D:
Or triple X. Not my style of movie.

Yeah, not sure why they keep getting so much money for movies. They really have made a lot of crap.

Cloud Atlas was pretty amazing actually. Sure there were some bad scenes but fuck if it isnt almost perfect.

The problem is it was a indie film wrapped in a big budget. I havent seen the latest yet so I will withhold judgement on that one.

It was pretty convoluted. But I could see it being a decent flick with better editing.

Is "Watchowski" some sort of meme I missed? Or is the OP too stupid to spell it correctly, despite being on the wikipedia page?

I would like to see it. It does sound interesting. But it also sounds a little convoluted though.
