Based on the 79 movie of the same name.

The graphics are nothing to write home about, the engine looks like it was ripped out of GTA and reskinned but... There's something extremely addictive about this game. I cant seem to stop playing it. The style and voice acting are great. It's definately old school in terms of gameplay also. Kinda reminds me of a 3D Streets of Rage. Difficulty is a bit low, seeing that all you have to do to get full life is take a hit of Flash (it costs $20 from dealers in game)

I've played it. I had the same impressions, actually. Very addictive gameplay. I love the brawling mode.

I finished the game and enjoyed it very much. The graphics are not good (its more Manhunt than GTA), the control is a wee loose, the camera isn't the greatest and you cant order individual gang members but thats ok. The game is just pure fun, it has great audio, some actors from the original movie and it has co-op gameplay.

The Warriors is the best beat-em-up I've played in years.. maybe the best and most fun 2 player beat-em-up since Streets of Rage 2 on the good ol' Genesis.

Hummm, personally I thought Manhunt looked much better then GTA. Still didn't look great though. Knowing Rockstar the PC port is waaaaaay off (a year?) but, at least they will probably deliver one.

Seeing I dont play games as much as I uses to (or as much as you punks do) I just made it up to the part in Warriors where the game intersects the movie. It's been a great ride, but I think it's almost over

I just started playing it this weekend! The rioting mission was a blast, haha. I like the voice overs and story so far.

Stealth mission?? mmm.. you mean the one where all your fellow Warriors were arrested and stuff and you have to retrieve each of them then lead them to the park?? It also has tons of cops around and stuff.. Holy cow did I hate that level..worst level in the game.

Yesh, that be the level. The one right before it was stealthy but manageable. It blows. Plus I got no money to buy Flash.

I'm on the train mission with the 4 spraypainted. One time I got arrested with 1 train left and one time the game froze on the last piece of the last train . I'm taking a 2 day break from it because I hate redoing missions!

I'm enjoying the game overall though. Plus, I've gotta mention that I absolutely love that loading screen music.
