I just picked up the first few chapters of this saga, and ate through them quickly - I wondered if any of you have as well - and are other comic series worth a look?

 
I love Walking Dead a lot... but I can only read the paperbacks, not the individual comic books; not enough happens in each issue.

it's not zombie-related at all, but I loved Y: The Last Man (except the ending, just don't bother buying the last book)

zombie-related but not a comic, Day by Day Armageddon was an awesome book.
 
I have. I don't really read comic books, but I'm entertained by this one. It changes quite a lot in terms of their situation, so depending on what you're looking for in a survival horror, it could get better or worse.
