Was I the only one thinking that in a "world ended years ago" situation in which everyone is fighting for the very few supplies left and you happen across a container truck full of food that you should get it back to safety as soon as possible instead of taking your new giant bulls-eye for a joyride?
Exactly. A bird in the hand...
They definitely need to bring the pain as far as the core group is concerned. Who do we have from the original Atlanta episodes? Rick, Daryl, Carol and I think that's it - oh, and Coral. Rick is the hub for the group so he can't go. Carol and Daryl are too popular. I think they teased us with Carl almost getting killed so he might be a candidate.I also like the Rick/Daryl ridiculous supply run. I think Jesus is going to be fun addition, but I'm afraid we'll see a bit more culling of old characters as the new ones are introduced.
wat. I quit watching if she dies.Surely Maggie is going to die. Two babies? No chance. I quit watching if she gives birth and not die.
Thanks. I remembered that after I posted but it was too much work to change it.Glen is from the Atlanta episodes too.

Glen was the guy that saved Rick from the tank, right?
They say that a major cast member is set to die, and an unexpected one at that.in the season finale
When the stars read the script, I guess they were all quite shook up... even Andrew Lincoln (Rick) had trouble sleeping that night.
My money's on Daryl, everyone loves him. Could be Glen, perhaps Maggie but I think that'd be unlikely honestly. With the new tryst going on though, Michonne could very well be the target. Rick can't have anything nice. It won't be Coral though, no way.
That said, if we lose Glen, Daryl&Daryl, Rick, Coral, or Carol we're running dangerously close to "Ship of Theseus" questions.
Imagine if they split and two seasons later it was two 'ricks' groups against each other; but neither of them knew anyone from the other group...
That hadn't occurred to me but now that you mention it . . . day-um. 😱I was a little annoyed by the fact that they made Jesus so hipstery. I felt like he was about to offer Rick and Darryl a pour over using only the finest single origin beans. He seemed like he was out on a supply run for more beard wax and suspenders.
The way they've dealt with that sort of thing on Z Nation is they just ignore it. Maybe not completely since now in the second season you do have a core group. Plus there's Murphy who so far is critical to the story. That said, if we lose Glen, Daryl&Daryl, Rick, Coral, or Carol we're running dangerously close to "Ship of Theseus" questions.

Also, in terms of the timeline, even though we're on season 6, isn't only about 2 years in story time? Each season seems like forever for us but if you think of it in terms of the timeline, a huge shitload has happened to the group in an incredibly short time.
Right? What happened to using snow mobiles in the winter?
I think it will be Daryl. Maybe Glenn. Highly doubt Maggie or Michonne. I think the show will eventually transition into "that show about Coral" instead of "that show about Rick" the further along we go. I could even see Rick being killed off in the distant future. They say that a major cast member is set to die, and an unexpected one at that.in the season finale

They are going to kill off Daryl so Norman Reedus can work full time on Boondock Saints 3.
I'd probably go with Rick being the next to go. It'd be a bold move killing off who's arguably the main character, but we've seen it done to good effect in other shows (won't name them to avoid spoiling outside of their own respective threads). If I had to guess, we'll see Negan send a message by taking out their leader (Rick), "Join or die." You could say that Negan could kill anyone to send that message, which is true, but cutting off the head is more effective at making the body less effective and weaker.

They seem to be working on killing Larry's brothers.
