Yes you are. And you're free to turn off your TV. Or better yet, produce your on TV show that will get picked up by a network and broadcast it for you.

for what it's worth, about 3.9% of characters featured on prime-time TV are gay, compared to a generally-accepted number of 5% of the overall population.

so, LGBT characters are still underrepresented compared to real life.

in a show like The Walking Dead, one could also make the prison argument -- there are bound to be some people who just want a warm body next to them, and with a drastically reduced population, they'll take what they can get regardless of gender (like Carol/Lori in the comics!)

OMG. What if there is a difference in brain chemicals or brainwaves of gay people that makes zombies not attack them? Meaning that the majority of survivors are the LGBT. Talk about a horror show. :sneaky:
 
I enjoyed this episode much more than the last.

I'd be cool with a ban on all kissing in TV shows, regardless of sexuality. Acted kissing is always awkward to watch.

People keep saying that, but I think this show will catch up to the source material sooner than Game of Thrones. The comic has been really slow going through the years where it takes forever for anything major to happen, so the show burns through it in order to have something major happen each season. Luckily the comic creator is involved with the show and has plenty of ideas, so it doesn't mean the end of the series when we catch up. We're almost at the end of Compendium 2 and there aren't enough issues for Compendium 3 yet (48 issues per TWD Compendium). Unless they seriously slow the pace of the TV show, we're possibly good for another two seasons before we catch up.

They will simply do what animes do that have caught up to the manga source material: filler episodes for everyone!

Regardless of whether they catch up or not, if the ratings for the show remain high, there will be more seasons and episodes. They'll just write the script without the comics if need be.

I personally still like the show, but it looks like it's starting to jump the shark.

The two idiots who took Glen's group out on a test run are going to be trouble, as is the dude on the porch (the husband of the haircut lady). Maybe Rick will take him out & steal his wife :awe:

I foresee 3 issues:

1. Rick's group takes over the compound, or has some kind of settling-in, which kind of looks like it'll happen next episode.

2. The "Wolf" group is going to show up & fight them, or some other group.

3. Eugene is still alive. They did have a specific shot with them at one point (I think when Glen was fighting the one guy). So they're going to need a goal at some point. Maybe the Congress lady knows something...
