is it computer/monitor/mouse/keyboard/os/big enough hard drive and any applications she needs? $150 sounds reasonable to me if that is the case, heck if it is windows 98 the license is still around $80 for it

My thoughts as well.
Plus, I'll bet he's not figuring in all the tech support he's going to have to do on it.

I dont think he is lying to her.

According to him. Since its a 350 system which he will buy a 600 processor and change it and then install windows 2000 (copy) and make sure its updated and running good, it should cost 150$.

edit: its not the first time he has done something like this.
he made a deal to make a guy a computer for like 800 bucks which i say it was ok, but in the end the motherboard he got for the system didnt work, so he took his system older motherboard and place that in the system instead and sold it to the guy, he then RMA the bad Motherboard and kept it for himself.

again i told him what a ripoff and he said "he wont know the difference"

he wont be doing free tech support, he probably charge her.

i think i created a monster, he was not into computer and i got him into it and show him the ropes and then we went to school for some classes on it.

Now he wont pay for any type of software always have to download it from online and he tries to make a quick buck anyway he can.
