The USB Cable from an Abit KT7A is diffrent from the Epox 8KHA+ can I use the abit cable on the EPOx?

Only reason I asked is becaue i used the abit one to do a front usb mod and would like to continue using it if possible, the epox uses all pins it seems and the abit didnt use 2

You should look at the mobo manual and make sure that ground wires go to ground and hot wires go to hot wires. A '+' sign on the pin usually means
the red wire goes into it and everything else follows.
