This assumes that the rich have "destroyed" america......which really isnt all that prevelant belief outside academia and the left.

To put it in simple terms:

The Rich are no different from the Imperialistic OverTaxing England that this Country broke away from and went to War against to begin with.

Enron was just the beginning and fraction of the tip of the IceBerg.

that's laughable. yes, the rich are taxing your stamps and tea right now as we speak. i believe that it is elected officials that pass the raising and lowering of taxes not the monetarily elite. and while you may comeback with lobby groups putting pressure on officials with money, than you should blame your elected official for not being resolute and being interested in your affairs.

as for the enron comment, you may be right. many corporate leaders of today are surrounded by "yes" men that are only interested in their pockets and not the stakeholders in the company. hopefully someday a strong retribution will come down on those types and scare officers from never doing it again.

The government suffers from the same effect. Government bureaucracy is pretty much the same, if you can't agree, just stay away from the meeting. People who say no, get to work, people who say yes get promoted.

woaaaahhhhhhh.... hold on! where the hell did THAT come from ??

if you've never driven more than 50 miles in any direction from wherever the hell you are in the US, that might be forgivable... but the BEST country to live in??? the last time I hear anyone say that (and it didn't sound ridiculous) was way back in the eighties.....
