Aside from the stupid download-once movies, they're just saying you can't sue them if your game content download is interrupted and you have to retry, and you also can't sue if your HD dies and you lose saved games. Do Nintendo or MS promise to preserve your saved games for you?

When it comes to losing data, saved games are not the issue, purchased downloads from the PlayStation Store are. If you lose them, you have to repurchase them as they wont let you download them again to replace the copies there were lost, even if it is their fault.

If there was a way to opt out of this kind of stuff, you wouldnt have to be as worried about getting an increase in emails you dont want.
